How long does it take to receive my order?
Every PeToMade piece is lovingly made to order, and different products may require different production times depending on their materials and craftsmanship. Some items may offer optional rush service for a small fee.
To help you plan ahead, you’ll find an estimated production time listed on each product page. No matter what you choose, we’ll do our best to craft and ship your order as quickly and as carefully as possible.
If I order multiple products, will they be shipped together?
Thank you so much for choosing our creations! 💛 Because different products may be made in different studios or require different production times, we may ship items separately to ensure you receive each one as soon as it’s ready.
If you have a special request, like combining shipments, feel free to reach out to us via chat or email. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs!

Can I make changes after placing my order?
If you need to modify your order (such as changing the photo or text), please reach out to us within 12 hours of placing it. Once we begin crafting your item, changes may no longer be possible, but we’ll always do our best to help!
Will my product look exactly like the photo I uploaded?
We pour our heart into capturing your pet’s unique charm, and every piece is crafted to reflect their spirit and personality. That said, due to the handcrafted nature of our process, slight artistic differences may occur and that’s what makes each creation truly one-of-a-kind.
To help us represent your furry friend as closely as possible, feel free to leave us a message! Let us know about your preferred style or any special features we should pay attention to (like different-colored eyes, special markings). We’ll do everything we can to bring those details to life.
What if my item arrives damaged or there’s a printing error?
We’re so sorry if anything goes wrong with your order. If your item arrives with a printing issue, defect, or damage, please send us a message within 7 days of delivery along with some photos. We’ll be happy to remake it or offer a full refund, your satisfaction means the world to us.
What kind of photos should I upload?
Clear, well-lit, high-resolution photos work best! Try to capture your pet at eye level, with their full face in view. If you're unsure, feel free to upload multiple images, we’ll pick the one that brings out their personality the best.
